Week-Of Coordinating

The week of your wedding we take over contact with your vendors, confirming delivery times, and maintaining communication throughout the weekend so that you can fully enjoy this special time in your life.  BKwed will be there to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly.

  • Consultations via telephone/email

  • Follow up phone calls to all contracted vendors before wedding day  

  • Directing rehearsal

  • On-site coordination and supervision during the ceremony and the reception.

  • Being on-site the day-of when pictures begin in order to direct vendors on set-up and schedule as they arrive. Having contact with them throughout the weekend.

  • Directing the ceremony. (Getting everyone down the aisle in a timely fashion)  

  • Directing the reception. (Dances, cake cutting, garter & bouquet toss, etc.)

  • Organizing the leave. (food for the bride and groom, bags in the get-a-way vehicle, etc.)

8 hour maximum on Wedding Day- This includes 2 Coordinators for Ceremony and Reception

Consulting Package

This package includes:

First meeting(1 hour): In your first meeting you will learn about BKWed and the services we offer and how we can assist you during your wedding planning process. We will jump start you into choosing your vendors with some recommendations of vendors we have personally worked with and feel do their jobs well and suggest those according to your budget. You will receive a folder to keep up with all of this fun information along with a helpful checklist that prioritizes each step you will take and help keep you on track.

Site Visit(on site- 1 ½ hr): Together, we will schedule a time to visit the venue you choose to discuss layout, floor diagrams, design options, and rain plans if needed. We will work with the venue to provide those things to you by email as well.

Design meeting(1 ½ hr): After your venue has been chosen, we have visited the site and talked over the layout, we will have our design meeting. In this meeting, we will help you pick your linens, lighting, furniture rentals if needed, and any other special branding touches we may want to add.

Finalization Meeting(1 ½ hr): We will have our final meeting approximately one month before your wedding date to go over your checklist, tie up any loose ends with vendors, and talk through rehearsal and ceremony details. This meeting will allow you to take a deep breath and enjoy your remaining time of engagement knowing all the details are taken care of!
